Identity Campaign: WorkGreen

In November 2007, Forest City launched a nationwide, comprehensive and interactive program called WorkGreen to help associates decrease their environmental impact in the workplace. I was responsible for designing the identity of the campaign. This included designing the logo, brochure, wayfinding / recycling signage, and print collateral pieces.

Direct Mail: Lucky Tenants

Forest City needed a special promotion to catch the attention of potential high end tenants. The Village at Gulfstream Park, an open-air lifestyle center attached to a thoroughbred horse racing track had just broken ground. The Communications Group was tasked with creating this promotional direct mail piece.

2008 Community Day Logo

Community Day is an annual Forest City event where associates across the country volunteer by donating their time to charitable organizations. In 2008, Forest City decided that Community Day needed to “go green”, and I was responsible for creating a new logo that reflected the eco-friendly aspect of the event.
